The client is a seasoned manufacturer specializing in metal materials and precision processing, with long-established expertise in producing high-grade screws and fasteners. Their products are widely used in automotive fastening systems, industrial machinery, and commercial-grade applications— markets that demand strict quality control and advanced technical capabilities.
The Problem: Coolant Oil Contamination and Inefficient Wastewater Management
During the final cleaning stage of the screw manufacturing process, the client faced persistent challenges such as oil contamination, sludge accumulation, and floating surface oil. These issues negatively impacted downstream processing quality while also increasing environmental compliance pressure and maintenance costs. The existing equipment lacked the capability to effectively treat oily wastewater, forcing reliance on manual separation—a time-consuming and inefficient method.
Our Solution: Customized Oil-Water Separator and Central Coolant Purification System
A custom-engineered stainless steel separation tank was installed, built for corrosion resistance and tailored to the client’s workspace and production flow.
The tank featured internal compartments that enabled pre-separation of floating oil and solid residues at the source.
